The Authority's regular business hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except major holidays. 

If you have a service request or concern after business hours, please call the Authority's answering service at 610-935-1553. 

When you call please be prepared to give the following information:
Your name, address, telephone number, the best time to reach you, and statement or explanation regarding your request.  Please be as specific as possible with regard to your request. 

If you feel it is an emergency, please say so.  An example of an emergency is a situation where sewage is backing up into your house or you cannot flush your toilets because of a clogged lateral. 

If it is an emergency, an Authority employee will return your call as soon as possible, and a crew will be sent to resolve the problem.  If it is not an emergency, you will be contacted during the next business day.
